What we collect and why

When you use the "Book a call" form on this site we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to write in the optional message field. We use this information for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and arrange the call you requested.

We do not use this information for marketing lists, we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Lawful basis

We process this data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry you initiated) and, where we continue a conversation about working together, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).

Who processes it

This website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf and stores them in our site dashboard. Email correspondence is handled by our email provider. Both act as processors under our instructions; neither uses your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we are required to keep records longer (for example, where you become a client and accounting or contractual obligations apply).

Your rights

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Object to or ask us to restrict processing
• Data portability, where applicable

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers; the interactive artwork and all page behaviour run locally in your browser.

If our data practices change, we will update this page and revise the date above.
